• No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Personalized/customized items are non-refundable.
• Minor layer lines and slight variations are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
