Returns & Refunds

Orders are considered final once confirmed. Returns and exchanges are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations that are normal in handmade and 3D-printed products.

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order details and clear photographs. Each request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
